Partner (Practitioner) Terms & Privacy

This is for wellness practitioners who use Cirdia through our Partner Hub. It covers what we collect, how your profile is shown, referrals, and how to be removed. For the apps themselves, see the App Privacy Policy.
What we collect
- Your contact details — name, email, and phone.
- Your business profile — practice name, address, professional credentials, specialty, bio, profile photo, and booking link.
This is business contact information you give us so we can show it to your clients. For a sole practitioner whose business is their own name, it's also personal data — so we treat it carefully and give you the rights below.
How your profile is shown
Your profile is shown to your clients, including inside the reports they receive. Your practice name and display name are publicly listed; the rest supports your relationship with your clients.
Referrals
You receive a unique referral link. You may share it, but you may not misrepresent your relationship with Cirdia. Partner access is subject to approval and may be revoked if these terms are violated.
Leaving, and removing your information
You can ask us to remove you at any time — just contact support. When you do:
- We take down your public listing and stop including you in any new reports.
- We remove your personal contact details, keeping only what we genuinely need for any active client relationships and for referral/commission accounting.
- Reports already delivered to your clients live on their devices, not our servers, so we can't reach in and change them — but you won't appear in anything new.
Your clients' data is theirs, not yours. Removing you never deletes your clients' data or history — the connection between you simply becomes "former partner." So you can leave cleanly without disrupting the people you've worked with.
