Thank you for your interest in reserving a Cirdia device. These Pre-Sale Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to anyone who interacts with our pre-sale or early access pages, including those who submit a refundable deposit to reserve a discounted device.

2. Deposit and Discount Reservation

The deposit is not a commitment to purchase a device. It simply holds your place and guarantees access to a future discount.
2.3 Refunds
If Cirdia does not launch a public pre-sale within 12 months of your deposit, you may request a full refund by contacting our team at [email protected].
3. Discount Guarantee
3.1 Duration
The discount you secure with your deposit will remain valid for at least 24 months from the date of deposit.
3.2 Redemption Process
If you do not receive clear instructions to redeem your discount within that time frame, or cannot find a way to apply it, simply contact [email protected] and we will send you a discount code or alternate redemption option.
3.3 Transferability
Discounts and deposits are not transferable to other individuals unless explicitly approved by Cirdia.
4. Communications
By reserving your device, you agree to receive occasional updates about product development, pre-sale timelines, and how to redeem your discount. You may opt out at any time.
5. No Medical Claims
Cirdia devices are wellness tools, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms over time. If we do, we will notify deposit holders by email or via a clear update on our website. Continued use of our Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance.
